I used to love this pharmacy, but yesterday for the THIRD time I was sent home without my scripts.nnI am not sure where the disconnect is with their current team, but this is now the third time I have received contact from someone saying my script is ready and then when I arrive it is not.nnI am then told my only two options are, to wait upwards to an hour for them to prepare my script or that I need to come back another day.nnThis is unacceptable and at no time have they tried to rectify any of these three situations or do anything to make it right after the fact. It is very disappointing because they used to be so good. Time to move on I suppose.
When the online pharmacy site works, 4 stars. However, when there are issues the pharmacy does not answer the phone.
I just moved to the area, switched pharmacies and this CVS is by far the most friendly, professional and efficient. There's a young student there and she keeps that pharmacy together and running smoothly

This place has got to be the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. If it wasn’t for my insurance telling me they are the only “preferred” pharmacy in our area I certainly would use another. I can’t really criticize the workers behind the counter though. For the most part they are pretty nice and helpful. I think it’s more a matter of being way under staffed.
