I went in after damaging the paint on my passenger side door, expecting to have the door fully repainted and lose the vehicle for several days.nnInstead, my man behind the front desk hooked it up and offered to buff the damaged spot out immediately and for free, advising that repainting would be very costly and most likely could be avoided.nn20 minutes later my repair was done FOR FREE and looked brand new. It is hard to find generous and honest service like this.nnA+++
Very professional and accommodating of our schedule. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and had my car looking like new. The text message system kept me informed of the repair status throughout the process which was very helpful.
Treated professionally what car was a total. They gave me an estimate and didn't work on it. I received good info from others before I chose it.

Gate City repaired my fiancé’s 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible after getting into a pretty bad accident in the beginning of the summer of 2020. Not only did they complete all the repairs above par, but they also gave him the option to make some upgrades that he had wanted for quite some time. They went above and beyond and kept in constant contact during this pandemic which is something to say in and of itself. Especially considering items were being shipped from the west coast and shipping was delayed for the entire country. They kept us updated and always answered any questions we had. We didn’t have the spare key which was needed in order for the final repairs to be completed so they had it replaced for us at no additional charge which we were incredibly appreciative for. Mike and I would recommend them for any type of repairs whether it be after an accident, for upgrades or whatever else it may be. They’re front desk staff was always extremely courteous and helpful and we never had to wonder what was going on. If they couldn’t give us an answer when we called in, they would call us back right away with an answer from someone on the auto body floor. Thank you all again for getting Mike his baby back better than it was before.
