I am updating this review based on the worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. My initial review gave them 5 stars and glowing remarks. I had taken my Lincoln to State Motors exclusively for 3 years for all work. The last time I was there the technician drove the car into the lift seriously damaging the rear quarter panel. The service writer acted like it was no big deal. They tried to repair the car and after three times returning the car to be corrected the paint still isn't correct. I had them take care of stone chips on the front bumper and that paint is flaking off. Mr. Grant, a family member, and owner acted like the accident was somehow my fault. They also had an issue with my extended warranty that John Grant went on a rant about. John claimed that the extended warranty people were trying to under pay them for the work. It turned out that State Motors were marking up the part greater than retail, although the warranty company was happy to pay the correct pricing for the job. I ended up paying the difference. I have since used the extended warranty at another dealer who remarked that it is a great warranty.

I can't say enough about this place. I have been coming here for years for service. I recommend them to everyone I know. I have never had a problem. Most of the time I have Jon in service working me and he is amazing. He makes sure I am happy every time. He makes sure my cars are serviced correctly and timely. The best service I have ever had. I will definitely keep going here for years to come.

Chris Moranville was an excellent sales person and went the extra mile to assist my mother on the purchase of her first Lincoln. Chris was super responsive to all questions and even drove paperwork to the registry himself! He dealt with a registry “paperwork glitch” without batting an eye, and my mom drove away is her beautiful new vehicle. I would highly recommend Chris, Lyndsay, and the entire staff at State Motors in Manchester NH. Top notch in every way!

I’ve been taking my car to get serviced at State Motors for about 5 years now. I’m that last minute customer to call whether it’s an emergency or an easy fix/ oil change! Jon has typically been the one to answer & always gets me an appointment timely! The service provided is always exceptional and everyone greets you with a smile and a kind hello! John in service does such a great job with the first vehicle we purchased from State Motors we bought a second car, (a navigator) from them. John was the difference between this dealership and the competition! Every time we come to see John in service at State Motors for routine maintenance or inspections he is extremely proactive, flexible and customer focused. He makes it a very easy and comfortable experience and we always leave feeling confident that we are safe and confident in our vehicles.
