Bonneville and Son Pre-owned Car and Truck Center

I cannot say enough great things about Rick! He took the time to find a truck that was just right for me. He not only went above and beyond by including every rebate I qualified for, but he and his team gave me a great appraisal for my Chevy that I traded in. He is extremely knowledgeable and spent a solid hour reviewing every detail of the truck before I left the dealership. I recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Maxima SL through Bonneville and Son Preowned just this past Friday (07/10/2020) and my experience was, in a word, fantastic. It's a shame to see some negative reviews with no explanation, but I'll detail my positive experience to hopefully offset any worries.nnThe whole process of buying the Maxima took a couple weeks as I was doing my due diligence test driving alternatives. I initially met with Jeff James who was friendly, respectful, and helpful. He was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the car. One of the great aspects about working with Jeff was that he was eager, but never pushy. He completely understood that I wished to take my time, weigh my options, and make sure that I was financially sound to make the purchase.nnIn the end, the Maxima won me over amidst the competition. I swung back into Bonneville Friday evening and, despite the surprise and the later time, Jeff was very accommodating. The sale went as smooth as could be, in fact, the only hang-up was on me as I was so eager to get the Maxima I didn't call earlier to get insurance put on, but that was all taken care of during the sale. There were no gimmicks, no tricks, no misleading items. The entire process was clear-cut and honest.nnI for one was very impressed with the quality of the experience I had with Bonneville. Since the car is so new I don't have any service perspective, but if the service experience is anything like the sales, I have no worries.nnI would gladly recommend Bonneville Preowned for anyone looking for a clean vehicle, and certainly Jeff for the exemplary care he gave me during the process.

Jeff James is awesome! He helped me in every way possible. He didn't try to put us in something we didn't want and also was very quick and helpful with the buying process. They are very honest and upfront and where more then willing to fix any issues with our truck that where found during purchase. They did a great job!
