The Pub Restaurant

This was my first time here, we had a 15 minute wait which was totally fine. They called us in and we were seated. The server we had was great, super friendly and easy to talk to, she was great. It took a while for her to take our drink order, but it was busy and she was the only one in that section so I'm not mad about that either. We ordered food with our drinks. We waited over an hour for our food and when we got it, it was cold. I got the steak and eggs and someone else got eggs as well and all of it was cold. When we were asked how the food was we mentioned it and she offered for remake it but we didn't want to wait longer. Not to mention the quality of food was not good, the steak didn't look that great and it was a little chewy as well. The bacon we got was all fat and not very flavorful and the cold eggs and steak. When we got our bill I asked if they could take some off the bill because we weren't satisfied, she said she would send the manager over. We had to wait for a few minutes for the manager to come over and she was not very pleasant and said she had to call the owner to ask if she could. I was told they took 10% of the bill, I appreciate the discount but as someone who has worked in the food industry I was hoping for 25-30%. If I ever had an unsatisfied customer I would male sure they left happy at the very least. I spoke to our server in the way out and told her she was great and that we wouldn't be returning here. We gave her a good tip and left. I definitely don't recommend this place if you want to get a good quick meal.

Belgian waffle was delicious. Cranberry juice so watered down I couldn't taste it. Same for sodas. Potatoes had no flavor, scrambled eggs were runny. Normally an excellent restaurant. Everyone has an off day

My friend and I went after wanting to finally try the place for over a year at 6 PM not realizing they closed at 7. By time we ordered it was 6:30. They treated us well and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back. Amazing pasta an onion rings. My buddy loved his Pub burger too. Thanks!

Stopped in to grab some chow and catch up with a couple friends. The service was tops and the burgers hard to beat. All at a great price. What is not to love about this place. We happened in by chance and will seek it out in the future

The pub restaurant is always great... Except they make you pay 45 cents if you want onions on your potatoes hahahahaha ha
