I specifically asked them to call me after 1 hour if they were not able to figure out the issue. Alex said no problem: we get a call and we we’re told it would be 170.00 dollars and that they don’t work like that?. All we asked for was the codes to be read. We got no codes given to us and not results. The owner tried make it out like we were the ones who was wrong and tried to justify charging 170 when we did not get what we asked. I still have no idea why my air bag light is on. I was told they did not even bother with that. I will be contacting bbb on the garage. What they did to us. Specially during a difficult time. I even explained I only had money for an hour. I was pretty clear. The owner told us to bad. And we had to pay to get our car back. Are they allowed to do more then what I ask? ..

Repaired my 1994 Saab for reasonable cost and with little time lost waiting for necessary parts. Local businessman who has been in same location for years and serves the community.
