We have used this place for 3 yrs. The roof leaked causing water damage onto & into the storage unit. Molding & damaging our belongings. They replied should of used pallets.
Place is horrible people there are not willing to work with u or try and work things out with u. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone ever. I would say spend your money at another storage place plenty of them around

My wife and I needed a storage unit in a pinch and we called here because they were close by. They closed at 2pm on a Saturday but offered to stay open later if need be if we needed more time in getting set up.nnThe owners were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. They were very detailed, got us into a unit quickly and at an affordable rate. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a storage unit!
Don’t ever show up late to pay your bill because dude will cop a total attitude about it and you probably won’t get waited on...... literally I showed up at 6:03 PM on Friday evening after work and it was just closing up the joint. I told him I was there to pay my bill and get caught up because I was three days late and he copped an attitude and flat out said that he does not want to do it right now. Most landlords are ecstatic and pretty much drop everything when you’re there to get caught up on rent especially when you’re late. I cannot believe the disrespect that I received only to pay my bill..... I do not recommend this place and I will be getting a new place to store my stuff
