Communication is absolutely terrible.. Multiple phone calls and no response.
Excellent facility, has had a management change that was a huge improvement. Owners and staff are very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We have been customers for almost two years and highly recommend this locally owned facility!
Monarch Self Storage has been perfect to us. We had a storage unit for several months and the lady that owns it is always pleasant. Storage unit was clean when we got there. We used critter catchers, but we never caught anything- which is a great sign. She was always helpful and pleasant on the phone. And the price is pretty unbeatable.
I've never rented a storage unit from this place but it wasn't from a lack of trying. The lady - who wouldn't give me her name - was so rude to me and my wife (on separate phone calls) that I will never do business with them. I'll gladly take my money to another storage facility. I rarely, if ever post sub-par reviews but this one had to be done.
The location is convenient, the units are clean, the prices are unbeatable, and the owner was awesome. On top of the great rate she offered a deal on move in as well.
