I would give zero stars, but they don’t offer that option.When I first went to rent from Budget Storage, the woman was slow, completely unorganized, & basically inept. I left & had to go back the next day to get someone who actually knew what they were doing.I vacated the unit on 1.3.2020, & informed them by phone because the office was closed at 2:30 in the afternoon. Two days later I still had not received a return phone call so I called back. The machine would not let me leave a message the second time. I called again today and was able to leave a message, and the manager called me back. She told me that I was not entitled to a refund or a prorated refund because that wasn’t their policy. Don’t mess with these people they will rip you off and they’re stupid!

Sold all my stuff while a family member died.Including my grandmother's ashes.never trust anything or anyone in Bellevue. Heartless people..... The spell on my stuff is working. Anyone who takes my religious artifacts will end up losing everything they have. Karma is wonderful.
Been with Budget Storage for more than twenty years and have had no problems at all. Follow the rules and pay your bill and you won't either.
Do not use this place! Bugs all over the unit and they will do nothing about it. Rodents have damaged my property in their storage unit and they say by Nebraska law that they are not reliable. They don't even deserve 1 star after not even trying to compensate me for the damages.
