If you decide to use this place, do so at your own risk. It is completely unsecured. The security that in place is a joke. If you simply walk or drive around the fence line you will find that anyone can breach the perimeter. Good friend of mine had a unit there a couple years ago and left a bad review. It took them two years to respond. What kind of BS is that. They want to serve my friend better after 2 years the review was up. How about you replace the stolen items out of his unit when your staff stole them. They replaced the doors on the units 2 years ago and used the opportunity to go browsing through people's stuff. Screw these guys.
The management is helpful and always answer the phone - the before and after updating was 'rocky because of the contracted workers, but the result a terrific improvement! Obviously prices have gone up yearly, but that's everywhere.
You can find cheaper, more secure and all around a better experience at any other storage facility in town.
Worst storage facility in the metro. They will steal from you at any given opportunity. Units are broken into all the time. The security here is a complete joke.
Had a unit in Ralston it got broke into and nobody even called me to tell me.nStored my camper in another lot and someone was living in it.
