Russell was very helpful and walks you through the whole process. He is willing to answer any and all questions you have. Getting a storage unit is quick and easy. I'd recommend calling or making an appointment as the doors are locked at all times. I thoroughly enjoy how they call and text you when you have an upcoming payment or a past due payment; they work really hard to make sure you don't have late fees.
Russell is super easy to work with and kind. I signed up in person with him at the desk and it worked perfect. I had a problem with the gate opening in the super cold weather (-11 degrees) but Russell has been proactive in getting the motor operating and I haven't had a problem since.
Caity and Jackie were so very helpful with making the move in process super easy and helping me protect my items!
