There are instances in which I give a 1 simply because there is no negative 5 rating. I've actually been to Hunan Palace several times before and never experienced anything like this. My ribs were not fit for human consumption. I honestly believe they were cooked a week before I purchased them and rewarmed on a daily basis until some poor schlib ordered them. They were extremely dry. Perhaps business has slowed due to the pandemic. However, that's no reason to mistreat people who are still patronizing your business. I will NOT return since I am NOT appreciated as a customer. I will spend my dollars elsewhere.
Sweet n sour chicken is one of the best, (sauce on the side) :)... Beef n broccoli is alright... Garlic chicken is not hot like the menu shows, we just added more pepper flakes and then it was hot lol... Now the chicken lo mein noodles were super soft though, like mush in me mouth, but some people like it that way??? They didn't skimp the pork in the won tons either, thAnk you ;) oh and the egg rolls are fantastic! Spring rolls are springy... I do have to mention the food we got was bland, definitely need to season it more... But we'll definitely order again!
The best orange chicken I’ve ever had. They cook real orange peel in with the sauce. It’s very good!
Wonderful buffet there. Lots of different varieties. Great prices. Friendly service. Very good location. Will definitely go back. I will recommend you to my friends.
I go here atleast once a month And the waitress that always is there is super kind and knows my table and drink of choice and I highly appreciate how great she is every time I go and the food is amazing
