As the hostess was seating us. Next to another table with other people. I asked don't you have social distancing practices. The girl stated sarcastically, we don't have to follow those policies. Asked to sit at a table, away from others and was then seated at a table one away. Could see they were putting people in booths and not practicing safe distancing. Even though there were circles on the floor saying to practice safe distancing very bad experience.
I wish I could remember our waitress name but it was 2 weeks ago and I have forgotten but she was friendly and attentive! The food was great!
Everytime I dine in or carryout they always miss something! Try to give them the benefit of the doubt everytime but I will never go here again! When I carryout I expect the food I ordered and everything that comes with it - just like if i were to dine in! Get it together IHOP!!
The place smells horrible. We walked in and it smelled like old dirty mop water mixed with sewage. We left immediately.
Still a great place to go when I need a burger. They are clean, and have their best PPE. They make the food just the way i like it and to my order specs. It is quiet here, there is music and the music is really sappy, but it makes me nostalgic for some reason, which is a round about way of saying I feel old. I'm only 30, but i remember a time before CD players in cars, so there ya go.nNone the less, IHOP is a good food joint.
