These people rock! Always help me out and are conscious of my time as well! Kudos!

Super easy to get things done here. employees know what is going on and they get you in and out quickly. Rarely do I wait more then 5 mins.

Needed to register a new motorcycle. I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes and was helped by a very nice lady. There were longer lines for other things to do in there like getting a license and renewing your plates, but there were only two in line for titles. Tip: have your paperwork in order. It's not their fault if you come unprepared and have to return. If in doubt, give them a call first. These things are only as hard as you make them.

no one answers the phone ever, when they finally get on a phone they are rude and you are wasting their time. These people have the best work hours on earth and can't be nice when they talk to you I don't get it. Never in 12 years of living in Sarpy have I had a good experience in here. If they were retail they would be out of business.... Must be nice to be government mandated thus not worry about customer satisfaction.

I have registered several cars in different states, and this by far was the most pleasant experience!! We stood in what looked like a long line for about four minutes. Then it took maybe seven minutes and my daughter's new car was registered and we walked out with her new plates. Sweet!
