What a joke new building same broken system. Line 20 ppl long 3 windows open on a Thursday afternoon.nThe clerk was very nice and understanding!

Horrible renewal system! People cutting the line left and right. I stood in like for almost 30 mins only to get cut by numerous people. When the employee came and asked who was inline first she didn't even bother to ask me where I was in line and let 4 other people go ahead of me. She probably assumed I was with the other Hispanic man that was there with me.

I had a very complex issue with my property taxes due to inaction by my lender. The Treasurer's Office (specifically Janice) were amazing. They gave me several alternatives to resolve and stayed in constant contact with me updating me on the process every step of the way.

I want to lodge a complaint about your phone number 'never' being answered. I must have called all but 50 times over a period of 3 days and absolutely no answer at all. How do you expect to help people who cannot come in, who are compromised? You have my paperwork, my check, everything and want to know where it is as you are late returning it to me? I am now waiting for a line to be answered, it must have rung 100 times, supposed to be the Title Supervisors Line? OMG

Fast and friendly service. Line to get plates seemed to be long, backing up all the way to the door, only took 35 minutes to get plates, title and ot the door.
