I was nervous but it was easier then I thought it would be. The person at the window where I purchased my ticket calmed me . She gave me all the information I needed and wanted without me having to ask. That I was greatful for. So my experience there went well. Thank you to the man who helped me with my luggage also.
Printer was broke and so nobody could buy tickets or use their online tickets. Had a lot of things arranged to make this trip possible and it's gonna cost me money to arrange it all again. They're at least saying they'll change the dates in the tickets tomorrow but also they don't even know if the printer will be fixed. Since I chose to pick up in person I don't even have the option to print my own ticket now. So until the printer is fixed I'm stuck in Nebraska.

Bus station is a bit cramping at times buses are great clean friendly service
