rude phone representative.i told him I needed to go about 7 miles and that Uber and Lyft had no cars.he simply stated stick with your uber or Lyft we don't do stuff like That..then just hung up
Do not call them if you have a service animal. Which I made sure to let him know ahead of time. Asked him to come 5.5 miles to pick us up then take us 6.8 miles to motel. Was informed that they Dont do that! A sad , sad ,day in America people!
Chris is an awesome person and provides exceptional service. I contacted (Referral by a friend) him due to a late flight in to Eppley airport. He was more than willing to come out and assist. He also provided me transportation back for my flight out and was on time at 4:30am. Will definitely use him again on my next business trip out there.
Unable to get an Uber or Lyft from the SAC museum all the way back to downtown He took my call. Car was very nice Black Lincoln Town Car. Friendly conversaton all the way back, safe driving and it cost me what an Lyft XL or Uber Black would have. Defiantly Recommend
