Bought my granddaughter 4 new tires there a few months ago, things were fine. Today she had a flat, we had the warranty so I took the tire off, I noticed that a lug nut was cross threaded and hard to remove, so I put the donut spare on with 4 lug nuts, I thought they would just put a new lug nut on. When my granddaughter took her car in later to get her tire put back on, they said the lug bolt was also too cross threaded and they couldn't put the tire on and we would have to get a new lug bolt and nut put on somewhere else. Whoever put her new tires on must have cross threaded and just cranked it on with the air gun, now we will have to pay for it.
The wait time while I was at this Auto Care Center was a little long. They were very busy, but they handled the wait time the best they could. I was overall pleased with the service they provided.
I always get the pit crew done here, oil change and my tires get checked, yeehaw
Got my oil changed and tires rotated in less than hr.
Great deal on oil changes and inexpensive tires. I like that I am not hassled to fix other things on my car like other my vehicle that is not needed.
