About 20,000 miles ago, I needed a new water pump on my car. Spent $1500 to fix and had to return the vehicle the following week due to the front end not properly being In place and tools still laying on top of the motor. Shop fixed the front end no problem. I actually was rushing the shop during the repair.nNow 20,000 miles later my water pump went out again. Kim said part still under warranty and talked to Napa about the labor. In the end, Kim replaced pump at no charge.nThanks Kim!!
Great value,professional,Kim's is best auto repair in town. He takes great care of his customers .He's honest .Calls you with price before he starts . I take all my cars to him. Can't recomend him enough he's wonderful.
