I went in around 8 on Monday October 12th, I have been to multiple gas stations before, and many quality Shell gas stations. The best thing I can say about this is that gas was pumping through the lines but even that was making a pretty shady noise. The most confusing part was not being greeted by the customer service representative at the store, not being thanked for even coming to the gas station, just showing a blatant piss poor attitude.nnThere is something to be said about quality customer service, and my only suggestion about this gas station is that to improve yourself, improve the quality of service that you have. Even if you are not happy to be there, you must still understand people are stopping by to keep your business afloat.nnWithout customers, you have no business and no place to work. While I am just one customer, there are others that may have the same experience and unfortunately it does not shine a good light upon the company as a whole having seemingly uncaring customer service representatives.
