We had lost power to our outdoor shop while temperatures were below zero. Coles electric was called and at our place with-in 2 hours.nChris promptly troubleshot the issue and had us up and running in a couple hours.nAs always, awesome service, awesome personnel.nThank you,nJoel and Lisa Hessenius

Tom from Cole's Electric is professional. He will be honest with you upfront which is very important to me. He increased the amperage service to my chiropractic office and he is doing the electrical for my build out. He was very helpful in assisting me in thinking of what my electrical needs will be.

Estimate was in two parts. I perfomed all troubleshooting. One circuit was open. Estimate to replace 10' of romex 2 hours, Estimate to add one 20 amp circuit, 3 hours. Total 500 dollars.nnTotal time worked was 2.5 hours. At the time of estimate, it was said if additional troubleshooting brought to greater than five hours total, the bill would be more. Stands to reason, fewer hours would be less. About 15 dollars was taken off the 500.nnA charge for travel time for two was added to pad the extra amount. Travel time was never discussed prior.
