No problems at all. Low rates - No deposit required. Rented online - then stopped in at the office to sign contract when I went to drop my stuff off. I vacated in the middle of the month. They noticed the lock gone and closed out my account and even though I forgot to call them and tell them it was vacant, they still returned rent prorated from the day they saw it was vacant. Very legal and above-board transaction. I must say that she wasn't very friendly when I stopped at the office, but the transaction was so easy and efficient that I really didn't get too bothered about it.
Prices are lower than anyone I've seen. Low prices, great customer service. I have and will again suggest Christenson Storage to friends.
Great rates, easy access for me, quick responses
This would have been 5 Stars except with the new manager that's been there like a year my rating has gone down, down, down. The owners of this company have always been good to talk to when I have had contact with them. The storage units themselves are nice sized and the area is well maintained.... if you don't need to deal with the managers at all, then this is the place for you. Manager will NEVER call you back and when you talk to her face to face she has a HUGE CHIP ON HER SHOULDER and acts like you are a HUGE BOTHER! HOW DARE YOU INTERRUPT HER TIME!! Where ever they found this gal, she needs to be sent back! ZERO customer service skills. Even the managers before her were AMAZING! I have had multiple units, anywhere from 1-3 at a time for the past 7 years, I've always had my calls returned and my concerns or questions answered immediately. Since the new manager came aboard it's been snotty behavior, being hung up on because she doesn't care to take care of an issue and again issues not being resolved unless talking to the owner directly. If you are looking for a well maintained property, quite and nicely located and don't want to talk to management, you have located the right place!
The gate needs to be coded so you can access your personal property 24 hours a day. The owner was very rude about informing me of this and was even rude when I tried to pay early one time. He has never been friendly and if I could find somewhere else to rent a storage unit I would.
