I wish there was a negative star rating - this bogus attorney office is a debt collector operation with horrible customer service. Never answer their phones, hang up on you, ruder than rude. Suck is too nice a word to describe this shabby business and employees ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

Would have rated zero if possible. I have been trying to pay on a bill. No acknowledgements from them that they cashed the check I paid them, I just ended up with another bill, same amount due no credit and threats to sue. And yes they did cash the check and yes I have been trying to reach them. I cannot even set the online payment process up which I asked them to send me the info. for. If you are truly trying to get your money you feel is owed to you, do not hire these people. The worst, as others have stated, you cannot get a hold of them when you do try to contact them. Not to mention, the bill the harassment is from is a disputed bill that Worker's comp. insurance should have paid. But I swallowed the error in billing, unable to get corrected and then have to deal with them. I can certainly understand why people file for bankruptcy.

Trying to make payments on a debt only to be sent to voicemail almost every time and hardly ever receiving a phone call back! My last voicemail was two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for a call. This is crazy. I’ve never had to hunt down a collections agency so that I can make a payment!
