The swim suits we have purchased have been good colors and true to size.
Angela was so helpful! Her customer service was dynamic. I had placed an online order with the wrong sizing/quantity and gave them a phone call. She went out of her way to make everything right. I have confidence she will also follow through with what she promised. It was also super easy to order online and they had a lot in stock even after everything is out of season every where else. I bought a swim parka for my daughter, it was well over $100. Unfortunately we found out on Christmas morning that the zipper was broken. They will not replace the zipper or refund the product. Marnie Gulsvig was quick to point out that the product was customized with my swimmer’s name and was purchased more than 30 days prior. They offered me a $25 credit towards a new parka. This IS a new parka, and has never been worn. Poor customer service. I will just pay a seamstress to replace the zipper but will never purchase another item through Elsmore.
