Warning: I came in to get my skates sharpened, obviously expecting to get my own skates back— but I got someone else’s skates and mine were lost. Never once did play it again sports apologize, and this situation was poorly managed. Everyone makes mistakes, but as a business, they should be prepared to adequately rectify the situation, (compensating the cost of new skates) which they did only partially. I am very disappointed, and this establishment has lost my future business.

I'm not even sure how to rate this store. It's Covid days here these days so people want to be outside. The stock was limited and the staff were as helpful as they could be given the circumstances. I was instructed by staff to not put any item that I wanted, down anywhere, for any amount of time or someone else would take them. Lol. I got something similar to what I actually wanted. The whole experience was just ok. I'll go back if I have to.

I came looking for ice skates for myself and my male partner. They had plenty of men's options but their selection of women's skates was definitely lacking. They had a few types of figure skates and one option for hybrid skates that started at size 8. I guess women can only figure skate!

Significant COVID risk. I showed up at 3 pm ish on Saturday with my kid to get some skates. The store was super crowded with low ceilings and poor ventilation. My initial plan to get in and out quickly failed because a) it's really hard to find what is when you are there for the first time, skates were at four different locations and b) the checkout was endless. One cashier fending off questions, buying, and selling. Line was winding through rows of shelves, no social distancing to speak of, everybody annoyed. Yes, masked, but home brew masks are not magical. That cured me from going to a retail store in pandemic.
