My Travelers homeowners insurance was cancelled because Information Providers Inc. couldn't complete a physical inspection of my property. Here's an idea - how about trying to call me to complete the inspection. Never received a call and the gate out front serves its purpose idiots!

Both my agent and insurance provider said there should have been notice before an inspection. These guys decided otherwise. They just creeped all over our property while my girlfriend was home alone. They nearly caused an unnecessary 911 call and make people feel unsafe in their own homes
