I ordered a #1 with no Mayo. I got home and my top bun was ice cold and half mushy like it’d been sitting in icey water. Like the make you gag mushy. Gross. And there was no cheese! What the heck Wendy! The nuggets I ordered for my dog were good. Glad I saved a couple for myself. Fries were cold and mushy too. There was one car ahead of me when I pulled in and no one behind me. Lazy and sloppy and waste of $$

Once in a while the food is passable, but the fries are always old and terrible. I’ve given up on this place unless I’m really desperate. *Update a year later* I tried again and no dice. The chili is something I used to like but it was terrible. It was packed with nothing but beans and I couldn’t even find any meat. My Jr burger was cold and stale. I’ll never go back now.

The Wyandotte Wendy's is the worst for leaving part of your order out of the bag. It happened last week, no straw and no napkins. I needed to eat lunch on the road and it made it difficult to drink my drink.nToday , it happened again! I ordered a meal and chilis to go. I went to the park to hurriedly eat my dinner andnNO DRINK!!!!!!!!!nI called and was told to come back and I had to wait in the line again, which was all the way out to the street. When I asked if I could just pull up to the door and someone could please just bring it to the door a lady said she would. After I sat there by the door for 10min, ( my food was cold),nand nobody came!!!!!!!nTerrible customer service at this store!!!

Great place, great service. But a heads up to all they close at 10pm due to lack of crew.

They have always made my burger how I like it with no slip ups yet but by far the better of the wendy's around me
