Never fails every time I get food it's either over cooked or cold. I often wonder if they ever change the grease in the fryers. I really enjoy Burger King but its to the point why bother any more.

The staff is friendly and courteous. I like to start with the good before the bad. For whatever reason they are always very slow to take an order or serve the food once ordered and paid. I'll be behind someone, they order and pull forward. I'll sit there for like 5 minutes or so before they take my order. The other vehicle will be waiting atbth window. That vehicle will pull away and they'll take my order. I get there, pay, then am always asked to pull around the corner to wait by the doors and they'll walk my food out. If I pull up and there is one car in front of me it can be up to 15-20 minutes to get my food. Not always but not uncommon. It's really odd. Food is consistent at the location. I've dealt with the manager once for a tech issue with T-Mobile Tuesdays and while no immediate resolve for rhrbiasie was offered he did honor the free Impossible Whopper without much hesitation. Like I mentioned in the beginning; they are a nice bunch of people just extremely slow. If you see a line of any more than 2 cars don't bother. You'll be there over half an hour.

Super friendly fish sandwich was hot and tarter sauce was cold Fries where hot. It was refreshing to get such great service :)

What a wonderful place ! Friendly service! Good food ! And...we got to eat inside ud83dude0a And to top off all this greatness...the bathroom was so modern and super clean ! Big thanks to all who made our visit so very enjoyable ud83dude0bud83dudc4d❣ufe0f

So disappointing, after waiting for 10 minutes at speaker to order. I was asked to give one moment to order, another 5 went by, I asked are you ready? Again, one moment. Many customers left, at least 7 cars I counted. Corporate should take a look at management here. This is definitely not a store I am going to patronize again.
