Best SONIC experience I’ve ever had and I've been to so many different locations. Not to mention Brian the manager was the absolute sweetest and made sure we were well taken care of, even though there were no problems. The SONIC that I typically go to is quite a bit farther than the Lincoln Park one, but because of the great service, I will definitely be using the LP SONIC from now on, it’s worth the extra few miles to get great service. I won’t name any names, but the SONIC I normally go to is the absolute worst. So I appreciate you having top-notch customer service and thank you Brian for answering all my questions and being so kind.

I like sonic because their fast food is good. It has some quality to it. There are a lot of different menu options and items, so it offers a big variety of things to order. This sonic in particular always works quickly and my food is always good. I like how if there is a line they will come outside and take other people's money/give them their stuff if it is ready if the person at the window has some wait time..very efficient.

Things have changed in this place, they have aperfect night staff. Brian is A+ when it comes to customer care. They deserve some praise for sure. Foods always perfect, haven't had any issues at all in a long time. Thanks for the amazing service, and thank you for keeping the sonic tradition alive!

Finally I got fries that was not left in the pan until they got hard. I was surprised. Its a bad practice to give some bad food thinking that they not going to say anything. You should not serve people food that you would not want given to you to eat if it looks bad. If you're going to serve some food that you just looked at and you wouldn't eat but going to give it to someone else it eat, that's a foul person. And this happens most of the time at this sonic. Give the people your best every time you serve them. Thank you. Happy New Year.

Good food, but didn't get my order correct the last three visits. Nothing major, just missing toppings that I wanted and didn't get. Or just the opposite, I got toppings I said I didn't want. It seems you get it the way they fix it and you have no choice. Rethinking about revisiting this location anymore.
