Picked my Mom up the half chicken meal and she said it was absolutely amazing! Hands down the best chicken in Lincoln Park. I called in the order and picked it up 20 minutes later. The restaurant was clean and had a handful of dining tables. The staff was super friendly - I believe they are from Salvador, Brazil, which explains why the food is so darn good ud83dude09

What a pleasant surprise Campestre Chicken is. Fresh high quality food flavored throughout, nicely portioned and at a reasonable price, can't be beat. We ordered the chicken and steak fajitas with the black beans and rice. It came with two tortillas and the flavor was amazing. We also ordered the half rotisserie chicken it comes with two sides and we chose fried yucca fries for both. Chicken was very nicely flavored kind of smokey throughout the meat and the yucca fries were perfect. The meals came with two sauces, one was a spicy malo type and the other a take on ranch, both were very good. This is a very high recommend!! Oh and to top it all off service and friendliness from placing order through pickup.

Their food is absolutely delicious. My husband and I order from this place at least once a week. Their chicken is great and their rice is one of the best I’ve ever had. Trust me, I grow up eating all kinds of Hispanic rice and this rice is definitely in the top3!

No need for a lengthy review here. Simply put, the food is FIRE. The rotisserie chicken with the red and green sauce is all I have had so far but, if its any indication, I would bet on the rest of the menu. I guess I will eventually try something else...
