I love this place. It is reasonably priced. There are many secluded tent sights. The trees are abundant. The lake is picturesque. My favorite part though has to do with our timing. We were able to see the life cycle of these tiny frogs. Tadpoles in the lake, tiny frogs with their little tails still on exploring the beach, and then tiny frogs about 5/16 of and inch big hopping all over the place. It is absolutely delightful. We explored the dunes and I am enchanted by the growth and life everywhere I look. Also there are two playgrounds and a bathroom facility complete with shower. I would recommend this camp ground to anyone wanting to take their kids out into nature.

I stayed at rustic tent site for two nights and had a great time! The owners are kind and helpful. The trails, swimming hole, and other activities were perfect for kids and young adults. The bathrooms were clean and looked to be updated. The beach and other activities are only 15 minutes away! Even with the pandemic the campground was a great place to stay and get away from normal living.

Nice, cozy and friendly campground. Extremely clean and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend! Excellent location for day trips to Saint Joseph, South Haven and many beaches. Great hiking trails nearby!

People looking to tent camp alone/with a partner/friends: If you don’t mind it being family-oriented then it’s a good campground. Good spacing between spots, clean facilities and free showers.

The campground overall was pretty nice. We had some louder neighbors that got up early so it was a little frustrating. It was also a little crowded and you can hear the expressway from the campgroud. It would be a good place for a family with kids.
