Chicken Sandwiches have amazing breading. The flavor is delicious. Cheeseburger was also not disappointing. Waffle fries were delicious as well. Order was made right the first time and nothing forgotten. We ordered through Grub Hub and were very glad we tried Big Dip Burgers! Thank you for a very delicious lunch!

This place was amazing!!! Just wanted a burger and was about to head to Burger King. Glad I stopped here instead. First, the customer service was 5 star. I like being asked if this is my first time here. He explained the menu which grew my appreciation. The Jake's Hot Mess and Memphis Style hot dog were legit the best burger and hotdogs I've had in a very long while. The ingredients are all high quality. This place takes pride in it's food. Try the dipping sauces. I tried the Cali which is my new fan favorite. Definitely get the waffle, seasoned fries. Can't say enough about this place but try it for yourself and I know I'll be back.

Takes you back to when food was made properly and with real ingredients. We ordered online and arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time and it was already ready. Staff was very nice and thanked me by name for my order.nOn the drive home you could smell that the burger was going to be good. It had that fresh lettuce on a hot burger smell(if you’ve smelt it, you know what I’m talking about).nWe had the single cheeseburger - kept it simple with American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. It was perfect. Everything you’d want in a classic cheeseburger. The grilled chicken sandwich - juicy and delicious. Cheese curds, reminds me of homemade ones I’ve had from Wisconsin! Onion rings, thick but not too thick, breading was so perfectly crisp!nLastly the milkshake. Ooh, the milkshake.. I can’t place the memory but it was something from my early childhood as soon as I took a sip. So so good. We will definitely be returning, and best part, we’re within walking distance!

Great food, amazing customer service. Had the fried chicken sandwich, and it was incredible! Waffle fries were great, and noticing I had my German Shepherds with me, they even gave me a homemade frozen dog treat for them. I’ll be back for sure!

Came from an hour away. The food was absolutely delicious. I went with a friend and all together we bought a chicken sandwich, cheese curds, and ice cream. We both tried one another’s food and it had been the best thing we’ve had in a while. It was prepared quickly and the food was hot and fresh. The server was nice as well! Definitely coming here again and recommending to others. (also has compostable ice cream cups!)
