I love Akira so much. It has always been one of my favorite places to shop. The employees are always friendly and helpful, however I gave it 3 stars because I have always noticed at this location that a lot of the clothes have stains on them. I’m sure if I noticed the stains, then the employees have also noticed the stains which makes me wonder why they would continue to sell these items knowing that they are stained/dirty. As I was shopping today, I noticed multiple items with stains, most of them were clearance and not returnable. Which means this location is selling items that a customer may not notice and will then not be able to return. Just wanted to give a heads up to those who may shop here. Please do a thorough check of the item(s) you are interested in!

I love the clothing here but the last few times i came i've experienced rude behavior from employees. There are many kind helpful employees some of which being Yara, Eric, and Brooke. When another customer was rude to me, I had 1 employee cashing me out laugh and smile at them about it. So rude and inappropriate. 2 other different employees have given me unnecessary attitude.

All the women love this store even the ones who can't dress shop here now look on fb you will see customer service was great but some is over priced ching chong don't step that game up
