If I could leave a negative review I would. This place took my money and my groomsmans money then wouldn't provide us with our tux's. Not only did they just steal our money, we can't even get ahold of anyone about our issues. This place is a joke.
Amazing experience! We had 9 groomsmen + dads get fitted at this location and several others, from start to finish everything was phenomenal. Bonnie was so easy to work with - Highly recommend!
Had a great experience. Called in my size and had my tuxedo ordered I had to pay half over the phone. I arrived 2 days b4 the wedding but my jacket was too tight. They overnighted a bigger jacket and I was good to go the next day. I’ve found mornings to be least busy even tho around April it’s busy anyhow because of school proms. Nice staff.
The women act The Twelve Oaks location were absolutely wonderful they helped me with my groomsmen picking out the tux and even getting them to buy shoes a great team you have and will come back just to visit and say hi it's nice to have people that care these days and enjoy their work with great customer service thank you for making my special day even special I will come back and always tell friends
