Great staff, food was delish! Gloves (provided) and your masks are worn up to the bars to fill your bowl and get your soup. The bowl contents are cooked and delivered to your table.

Been a minute since I’ve been here due to COVID but it did not disappoint. Although some things were different since the pandemic, the quality was about the same. Doesn’t matter what you put in your bowl, if you like what you put in chances are you’ll like what comes out. Thanks BD’s

We had a great experience tonight at Mongo's! JENNA was our server and she was awesome! Very sweet and attentive. The manager and bar tenders were excellent, and helpful. Food came out quick and delicious, cooks were funny and awesome. Overall great experience! ud83dude0aud83dude0aud83dude0a

would have given zero stars if this was an option. on 3-13-21 i called to see if this was still Build your own and if reservations were needed. i was told that it was BYO and that reservations were not needed. my wife and I drove 1hr 30minutes to this location. signed in on the contact tracing form and told the hostess that we were a party of 3. she went to search for a table. returned and waited on a rude customer that allegedly had made reservations for a party of 32 prior. Hostess went to talk to a Manager I presume and returned and stated that they are only seating those with reservations. when told of my phone conversation earlier she stated that they had a large party that was taking up the entire restaurant. This is a Blatant VOILATION of the MDHHS Covid 19 GUIDELINES. I am beyond disgusted with the way we were treated. I will never return to this or any other BD's location in the Future. Someone in Lansing may hear of this on Monday,,,,
