There are several alternative restaurants to eat at around this Chipotle, I suggest you pick one. I placed an online order. Upon arriving at the restaurant for pickup (at 1:00pm) I was told the store was closing and that all orders that had been already placed would be fulfilled. Not sure why they were closing at 1pm, but that would not have been a big deal to me had I gotten my food. I waited about 20 minutes before I, and everyone else in the restaurant at that time, were told that we had to leave, that the restaurant was closed, and that we would not get our food. The (I assume) manager was very rude. There was no apology. We were all told to go to Chipotle’s website to request a refund. There is no place on their website or their app to request a refund. I have left several customer service requests on the site and have not gotten a response. There is also no customer service number to call. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this location, it also seemed like it was not the first time this location had made people leave without fulfilling their orders, and because of this I will not be back to any Chipotle restaurants in the future.

Don’t listen to what they say. You can only order online even though the voicemail says otherwise.

The only issue is that it accepts digital ordering only and it is not posted until you get to the store where you see the sign on the door.
