Horrible customer service! The store was blocked off due to capacity. Two people walked out at 6:58 and was told they wouldn’t let me in because they’re closed! It wasn’t 7 yet. I asked to talk to a manager he came out and told me they’re at capacity and I couldn’t walk in even though 4 more people walked out! I support social distancing and keeping everyone safe but as people walk out they should let people in especially if it’s before their closing time! Definitely reaching out to corporate! Go to somerset, they care about their customers!

Victoria’s Secret always has great deals! I am leaving this review because I just walked out without a purchase after one of the floor staff belittled and scrutinized another floor staff very loudly in front of customers because she didn’t know what her last customer was doing on the weekend! Before she called the girl over she was telling another staff “it’s gone be her day, imma get her watch.” I surely hope she’s not the manager because she’s condescending and if I go back and she’s there’s I still make no purchase!

Great experience soon as you enter the store the sales person greets you,tells you about the sales and offer assistance
