Nice selection but customer service really was no help... Can't buy online & return in store if it doesn't fit correctly. Which i hate, i have to mail it back.. Never again Will i order online from lids.. Cuz certain hats fit differently, although it may be ur usual size but sometimes it seems to loose or tight. N i own over 20 New-Era fitted hats n i kno about the low crown n reg crown n all that.. N they seem pricey too, i found 2 Detroit fitted hats at The Michigan Den for the same price as 1 hat at Lids..

By far, the nicest looking Lids Ive been into.nGreat display of colors, great flow of merchandise, and the Manager,although kinda young, was very professional,an encyclopedia on hats.nNice guy.
I got a birthday present and I know he is a size 7 in hats. Picked up that size and had it embroidered w his initials. When he opened it up and tried it on, it was wayyyy too small so I knew something was wrong. There was def a manufacture defect. I thought since I had it embroidered, they would make it difficult to return and/or exchange but they were so helpful and cooperative. Of course, I had the receipt to show proof of purchase, but they exchanged the hat and embroidered it with no problems. Would DEFINITELY recommend this store just for the customer service alone!
