Very pleased. Nice job easy to work with, we even had some other issues happen and Eric was gracious enough to help us out. We would definitely be a return customer!!
Initially excellent communication via email and quick replies. Booked in September to do onsite winterization and shrink wrap for 10-21-20 but was a no show. This was all booked by being sent a calendar invite from the owner. Thought maybe I didn't accept it and that was why so sent an email to inquire about the no show. Didn't get a reply, only another booking appointment by calendar invite, which was accepted and set for today between 1 & 2. Sent email to confirm and for final price which was not answered (should have been the clue since communication was excellent up until time of booking) and after my husband went to the house again to wait for him, another no show. No replies to emails or texts either. I just don't understand how people run a business like this. We had this booked for an entire month and now we are scrambling to get this done. He should be ashamed. Just grow a pair, call or send a message and say you can't do it. Ghosting people is not good business.
