This is not the place to rent units for businesses if you expect basic needs to be met (maintenance of parking lots and buildings, etc.)nnThere are pot holes two feet deep that have been ignored for over two years. I have seen many cars and trucks get damaged as a result. In the winter the parking lot is almost always covered in snow. The snow removal company they supposedly pay rarely comes and when he does it is done very poorly resulting in the tenants having to shovel the snow themselves just to park and get inside the building to start their workday. The landlord is pretty much nonexistent. Would not recommend.
We've been with this facility since 2005! We started with 1 unit and now have two. We've been through a name change, and 3 office managers. We've seen multiple updates over the years and the addition of the new blue units have been great. Available office hours have an ebb and flow to them. It's always best to call ahead. They take care of repairs fairly quickly and being able to set up auto pay was super easy and really convenient. Back in 2005, we looked at several different storage unit businesses and this one had all the things we were looking for. Security, a variety of sizes to choose from and access when we would need it. Five Star Store It has it. No place is perfect, but when it comes to needing a place to put all that extra stuff, this is a great place to store it!
Fantastic customer service! I spoke to an employee there, and he helped me tremendously with finding the right unit for all my stuff. If you need help, Shawn is the guy to ask for.
