This is by far the cleanest, and orderly (organized) Salvation army store that I've been to (and I've been in quite a few). The selection of clothing here is quite remarkable, higher tier clothing, and the clothes are in good condition. They also have a decent selection of furniture here as well, and often times you get lucky, with a really good bargain, for a very nice item. The staff here are attentive, and helpful as well. Great selection, pretty well organized and my cashier was friendly. A brand name shirt I wanted was quite stained, but manager wouldn't lower price. I agree with the many other reviews that state the prices are really high!
They won't answer the phone number listed! 3:30 on a Monday, no one is answering the phone.
Great prices and cashier checked us out very quickly (and I had a ton of items!).
Came here the first time as we live in Westland. Very impressed with the store and abundance of items. Bathroom (women's) was horrible! It looked like a hoarder house. Need to work on that one and also supply paper towel as blow dryers are deemed unsafe during Covid.nnVery annoyed at the long wait in line (we were there around 2-3ish). There was a young man training a new employee. Only the two of them! Line was backing up and when someone mentioned bringing out another cashier, he replied she was at lunch and would be returning soon. I can relate to training a new person but not amidst of a rush!!! Let her watch and when the line goes down, then you can train her. Also only ONE register opened. Too little for such a rush. Please improve this.
