Ordered a ton of food for a gathering. Really pricey! They forgot to give me one of my sides called them up and they offered to refund me but I didn’t want a refund I wanted the sides. So I had to drive all the ways back to pick up the missing items. When I got there it was so busy had to stood around for so long.. finally the cook walks from around back and asks if he can help me I said yeah I’m here to pick up my missing items. He felt so bad I had to wait and come back he tossed in a freebie. Thanks for that I appreciated it. Moral of the story CHECK YOUR BAG ..that you have everything you ordered don’t assume everything will be there. Side note try there fish .. even though it’s more chicken oriented there fish is just as good! Sides were pretty bland they definitely needed more seasoning. They should definitely offer sauces for sale that are gluten free. I would have purchased one of each. Sadly not gluten free.

Decent ribs but the chicken was salty and not as tender as expected. Fries and onion rings ok - the taste just wasn't there. Not a big fan of their buffalo sauce either. All of it was edible, just not satisfying.

Pre- cooked and re-cooked potatoes are amazing for a restaurant this commercial.nthey did a good job.nthe coleslaw sucks it’s like baby food is so fine and it’s got way too much liquid on it.nthe chicken is good cooked right to the bone but lacks a lot of flavor !!

Chicken was not cooked all the way (tenders). The buttery potatoes are good but not if you're watching your fat intake. The bread was good. Chicken tenders are real chicken, just undercooked.

I've been to this location twice. Unfortunately, the chicken was not amazing either time. The seasoning at this location is off. The chicken is much better at Chicken Shack Woodward. This one is actually closer to me, but I will still drive further for a better experience. I've never had chicken with no flavor at any other location. It was also dry and overcooked. My potatoes were good this time ...that's it!
