I bought my prom dress here and judging from old reviews i think the lady was fired because the staff was quite friendly and nice. The dresses are so cute and affordable.

My fiancé was trying on a dress went to buy it......PAYED for it and then said she DIDNT BUY IT, AND THEN WE SHOWED HIM THE TRANSACTION AND GOT THE BANK TELLER ON THE PHONE. SO he showed no remorse and took the dress and the customer service was awful. Now we cant even see our mom get married. He showed no empathy I WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO A SINGLE SOUL.!!!! BE CAREFUL THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY LIKE THEY JUST DID US TODAY 04/12/21 AND THE SECURITY TOLD US TO WAIT TILL TOMORROW!!!! THEY DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT WHEN THEY TOOK OUR MONEY BUT NOW WE CANT EVEN GET THE DRESS OR A DRESS THEY NEED TO BE SHUT THE HELL DOWN ASAPPPPP

AMAZING! I've gotten all 4 of my dresses from Waltz, and have had a great experience each time. They have such a wide array of dresses at such great prices, and the owners are incredibly friendly + helpful!

I wouldn’t even give a one star. I grabbed my Appropriate dress size. And I want to try it on and the one lady told me multiple times that it’s too small for me and that I wappropriate. And I want to try it on the inside one lady told me multiple times that’s too small for me and that IT wouldn’t fit me. Even though it did. So I didn’t come out of the room and just left.nShe needs to not body shame people especially if she doesn’t know what fits someone!

I didn’t have any problems with the customer service lol. The dress I got is super pretty and fits right, good price too. My friend got a dress and it’s super cute, the girl was really nice about it too. I would give it 5 starts but I wish they had more sizes
