This is a great place to bring the kids. Not only do they have some of the most up-to-date arcade games to play, they also have Laser Tag, Rollerskating, and food to keep you going. Kids always have a good time here. It's a go-to, and a must-try for any new comer.

I would be remiss not to leave a stellar review for Rollerama Zap Zone of Brighton. The staff was all doing a great job keeping everything clean and everyone safe. I noticed MANY times that staff would walk around and randomly clean surfaces. They announced on the PA that masks were required. My family and I had a wonderful, safe time. The skating also tuckered us out.

Floors a little hard to skate on. Didn't feel as smoothe as some rinks. Pricier than may rinks, too. Still a fun place and good time. Wasn't too packed.

This place is very unprofessional. Me and a couple of my friends came here to celebrate for a party. We were signed up to do two rounds of bumper carts. The cashier told us to wait 15 minutes and he would let us do the bumper carts. After about an hour we went back up to the desk to remind him that we were waiting for about an hour and he then had another cashier take over. She was supposed to take us to do the bumper carts. So she walks towards the bumper carts with no formal greeting, no instruction, nothing. She just walked to the back, then resurfaced saying that she was now doing laser tag lol. We then go back to the front desk to speak with a manager who turned out to be just as rude as the employee we had just dealt with. As we explained our problem she just looked and rolled her eyes in disgust. Very unprofessional! Then when we asked for a refund we were told that refunds could not be given out, which was never specified. This place ruined our day and needs better staff!
