First of all, I am so thrilled to have a Japanese/Sushi restaurant downtown Pinckney. Second, I am over the moon that the sushi is absolutely delicious! Generous cuts of fish with just the right amount of rice--not too much. It's a bit of sushi heaven, right down the road. Please keep them busy so we can enjoy their fare for a long time to come. :)
My daughter recommended Fondness, I was not familiar with Japanese cuisine. Worked in many restaurants such as pizza. I have never tried it until now: I have thrown caution to the wind. I put my faith into a nondescript place in Pinckney Michigan called Fondness. Now a fan of Japanese cuisine and will explore and learn to cook more. Five stars, excellent.
The sushi here is awesome. We tried it for the first time last Thursday and four days later I'm ordering carry out for the third time. Really happy to have this place in town!
Staff is very friendly and food was delicious! We tried the dragon roll special and rainbow roll. Will definitely be coming back to try more. My kids (1.5 and 4 years) loved the chicken hibachi
Amazing first experience with Fondness, from over the phone all the way to the food. The staff was very friendly & food was great. If you haven't tried it yet, you definitely need to. Excited to have a new restaurant in the village.
