This place is the the best!!! Been grabbing sandwiches from there for years ( which are always excellent) , but got the mixed maza platter today for the family and I, and it was so amazing. A ton of food for a really good price. Plus I don't feel like trash after I eat it. All really clean food .I can't wait to crush these leftovers later.
This is one of my top 3 favorite restaurants in Grand Rapids. Authentic flavors, quality ingredients, generous portions for a fair price, and the customer service is an experience in and of itself. TRY THIS PLACE! And go with an empty stomach!! There is something on the menu for everyone!nnThe chef also has a very clear understanding of what menu items contain gluten. My only request is to have a gfree option of bread for the starter. There is nothing worse than watching everyone eat something that looks and smells so amazing while you’re hungry.
Excellent food, perfectly cooked breads, well-seasoned and not too salty, great texture on the garlic sauce I could have easily eaten the whole 8 oz tub that we got. Service was absolutely wonderful, whoever greeted me when I came to get my pick up order was so nice and lively it made my day. We had an issue with the online ordering system but they fixed it without any problem.
Robert is an amazing host and made our lunch today worthy of a 5 star rating. I rarely post reviews (good or bad) but I was impressed to see Robert welcome guest after guest as if he was inviting them to his own home.nThe food is also great, but the service was what impressed me.
Say hello to the ever joyful Robert when you visit, his happiness is inspiring and infectious in the best way. The food is always great and the atmosphere is comfortable. Cant leave without some baklava and fresh bread!
