The food was very good. The waitress was very positive and super nice. I noticed that all the waitresses have COMMUNICATION unlike other places. Keep up the good work ladies. Amazing experience for my firsts time at IHOP!

I usually order pick-up and as of lately the atmosphere is over saturated with very young staff members who need an etiquette class in customer service. The food is okay but this morning I wasn’t very pleased. The pancakes I ordered had a weird shape as if the cook was rushing out orders and the southwest bowl was lacking flavor and the toppings were skimpy. The bacon was good BUT I think it’ll be a while before ordering take out again.

We waited a long time up front as did another gentleman till we got their attention. He said they were swamped at 1 pm...I saw 6 tables in all right at the 25% capacity in Michigan. The food was good, but the service was average at best.

The other morning, we attempted to dine-in here. We waited over 30 minutes for our food before we asked our waitress how much longer would it take. She went back to the kitchen to check, came back, and said that it'll take another 8 minutes and that they were taking care of pick-up orders first. When she said 8 minutes, we assumed 15+ minutes. We were not about to wait 45 minutes just for some omelets and pancakes. My husband and I decided to leave. The customer service here is atrocious since we first walked in. Kids are running this place. My seat was facing the kitchen so I could see pretty much everything that was going on. I've also saw my waitress, who was also training a new young waiter, pull down her mask off her face to talk/yell to her colleagues including the new young waiter in the back/kitchen. These kids need extensive training, and should be careful about what they say around their paying patrons.

Waited 15 minutes for pancakes ud83eudd5e they were good but staff is really unprofessional. Waitress already brought check with our food ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f and said “ Have a good day”. What if we wanted to order something else!?! That was kinda rude.
