The water is a bit cold but while our usual pool is closed (COVID) this is an awesome option and my son is thriving.Very happy with our experience!

Took my family here for family swim and planned to stay for no school swim as well so paid for both sessions at the same time as was suggested. It was our first time coming here so we took the kids over to read the rules while we waited for the swim time which was 15 min. The first rule was that all swimmers need to shower before getting in to the pool. So teaching my kids its important to follow the rules we all went in to the locker room and showered. We were a little early and so we had to wait as the life guards were sure to inform us that it was not time yet when we got out of the showers. So again following the rules we patiently waited. Soon the pool area started filling up with other families coming to swim. Because we were there first we saw every person from adults to kids come in and sadly not one of them followed the FIRST RULE. NOT ONE! I figured that just as the life guards were sure to remind us of the time they would also remind other patrons of the FIRST RULE TO SHOWER BEFORE GETTING IN THE POOL. I watched in horror as all these people just got into the pool dry. Some taking off their shoes and socks and stepping in with their kids who also were dry. One lady had a big sore on her thigh that was red and looked as tho it could be contagious yet her and her daughter jumped in DRY. I was utterly disgusted that this was happening and immediately told my kids to get out of the pool. I had to explain to my kids that this was extremely unsanitary and plain disgusting and extremely RUDE of everyone who did not feel they had to follow the rules. As my kids were getting changed I spoke with Andrew at the front who I had paid for the session and informed him of what had just transpired and he agreed that that shouldn't have happened and that yes it was gross. I asked him to please refund both my sessions as it was not even 10 minutes into the first session. He informed me that he could not do it and that I would have to call customer service, but that she was on vacation and would not be in until Monday mind you this was Thursday 2/20/20. I proceeded to call the number given and leave a message as well as called the main line to the city of Covington got transferred to another voice mail and left another one there. And still have not heard back from anyone. If you are ok with swimming in Other people's dirt and dead skin and toe jam and sock lint, open sores and whatever else people who feel the rules don't apply to them decide to jump in the pool with then this is the right place for you. As for me and my family we will never visit this pool again.

Smells strongly of chlorine, and I love it! Perfect for the younger demographic.

Nice place with great lifeguards. The lifeguards seem very watchful and I love that. Has a clean and friendly environment.
