I had dinner and drinks with friends at the chophouse tonight it was fantastic our food was great the service was outstanding. The owner came by our table to make sure everything was good several times that was a breath of fresh air knowing that a owners was concerned about how things are going. I highly recommend signature.
Hosted a bridal shower here, the owner was absolutely a nightmare to work with. He is so CHEAP and rude to the maximum. We paid for a buffet and due to covid, the owner served the food. He would barely put a serving on people’s plates, give dirty looks if they asked for more, or tell them to come back if they wanted more. Not worth $30 a plate. At all. HE ALSO CHARGED PEOPLE FOR ORDERING COFFEE. Excuse me??? Felt absolutely embarrassed in front of our guests. He will not be receiving business from me or anyone else I know EVER again. Absolutely horrendous man.
I’ve been back several times since I posted the first review. The food quality has steadily declined to a point where we don’t even go here anymore. It’s sad because it started out great, and now it’s not even meh.
Attended a Wedding Shower today at Signature Chophouse, the food, atmosphere and service was excellent! The owner visited each table which made it very personable and such a beautiful venue in Genesee County!
The food tasted great, the service was excellent, and nice setting. Staff came many times to make sure we are having a great time and enjoying our food.but one of the dishes was a bit salty.
