Husband dropped off two prescriptions for me after extensive tendon repair surgery.nOne being a pain med, the other an antibiotic.nThey made him feel like they suspected fraud telling him the paper scripts from the hospital looked photocopied. (?? Whatt??) very frustrating! Then told him they couldn't fill the antibiotics since my insurance wouldn't cover ( a 6 dollar prescription) they were extremely rude and short with him.nI'll take my business to wallgreen/CVS!

I am the owner of my own business and I am a big fan of leaving reviews when I experience great customer service. The manager on duty tonight November 2nd of 2020 was very rude to my fiance and to the lady checking us out at the counter. It seemed there was a new Point of Sale system installed that had a glitch to it and we had to move all of our items to a new register to check out. No biggie. The manager who was called up to alleviate the issue was clearly annoyed and spoke in a rude and condescending way to the clerk and to my fiance as if they are children! This is unacceptable and I will not shop here until she has been informed to treat the people that supply her a job in a decent manner.

Currently waiting in the drive thru. Again, I have been sitting in front of the window for around 8 minutes without even being acknowledged. Nobody was in line inside, nobody in line outside, except me of course. After 5 minutes a man shows up at the counter inside. He waits 3 mi s to be acknowledged. But, He is goven attention whe I wait and watch. It happens about 75% of the time here . So, I decided to write a recoew while waiting. And, I've finished it without being acknowledged. Fun times. I don't have anything better to do. Thanks Rite Aid!
